<正> 1975年,第25届国际地质大会在悉尼召开之后,欧美各国和我国先后根据大会推荐的衰变常数(ICC,International Conventional Constants)或对伦敦地质学会1964的PTS(Phanerozoic time scale)作了修改,或对本国、本地区的地层年龄进行了测定、甄别和复算。从1976至1983年,由AAPG(美国石油地质学家协会)牵头,组织了一个庞大的“北
