重庆綦江中—晚奥陶世稳定碳同位素地层学研究及其意义CARBON ISOTOPE CHEMOSTRATIGRAPHY OF THE MIDDLE-LATE ORDOVICIAN IN QIJIANG, CHONGQING MUNICIPALITY, CHINA

摘要(Abstract):
碳酸盐岩地层中的碳同位素值(δ~(13)C)能够有效反应原始大洋的碳同位素组成,广泛应用于全球尺度或者区域地层对比,近十年来是地层学研究中的重要手段。本研究通过对重庆市綦江区安稳镇观音桥剖面进行系统的碳、氧同位素采样与分析,在宝塔组中识别了一次显著的碳同位素漂移事件GICE(Guttenberg Carbon Isotope Excursion),并将GICE分为两段(G1和G2)用于地层对比;其峰值段对应牙形类Hamarodus brevirameus带。通过与其他板块的同期事件对比,显示扬子地区的GICE事件及其次级波动具有重要的全球对比意义,可能是对全球古海洋环境变化和奥陶纪生物大辐射的一次响应。
