二叠纪紫松期至罗甸期是晚古生代冰川从巅峰走向消融的转折期,精确的地层格架是研究全球气候变化及其影响的基础。华南二叠纪海相地层中(虫筳)类化石丰富,是该时期地层划分与对比的重要参考。受冰川影响,华南这一时期处于低水位期,沉积相分异显著,(虫筳)类生物地层对比存在困难。为此,本文在现有研究的基础上,对这一时期常见(虫筳)类属种的地层分布进行了分析,包括Robustoschwagerina、Zellia、Eoparafusulina、Schwagerina cushmani、Darvasites、Chalaroschwagerina、Staffella、Pseudoendothyra和Nankinella等,以探究这些属种在地层划分和对比中的作用,并进一步对紫松阶至罗甸阶(虫筳)类化石带进行横向对比。其中,Pseudoschwagerina带和Sphaeroschwagerina带的地层延限基本相当,包括整个紫松阶,带化石在紫松阶下部和中部繁盛,而在紫松阶上部衰减;紫松阶顶部相当于萨克马尔期的地层在台地滩相发育Robustoschwagerina ziyunensis带,在其他地区与之相当的(虫筳)带为Eoparafusulina带或Pseudofusulina vulgaris-Laxifusulina iniqua带。隆林阶主要发育Pamirina带,与之相当的(虫筳)带为Pseudoendothyra discalis带、Chalaroschwagerina tumentis带及Pamirina chinlingensis带、Staffella moellerana带及Schwagerina cushmani带。罗甸阶上部的Misellina claudiae带在华南地区广泛发育,而在该带下部则发育有Pseudoendothyra discalis带、Staffella带、Schwagerina shaxianensis带和Brevaxina带等不同化石群。
Abstract:The Zisongian to Luodianian of the Permian is a transitional period of the Late Palaeozoic Ice Age from its peak to the decline.A refined biostratigraphic framework is the basic for further studies on the global climatic changes and their influences.The fusulines are rich in the Permian rocks,and have been used as the index fossils for decades in South China.As South China was in the lowstand during the Zisongian to Luodianian,fusulines faunas varies among different lithofacies,which makes it difficult for the stratigraphic correlations.The purpose of this paper is to find out the potential links among the fusuline fossils,and to provide supplementary information to the current bio strati graphic framework.As thus,most of the commonly occurred fusuline genus and species during the period,including Robustoschwagerina,Zellia,Eoparafusul in a,Schwagerina cushmani,Darvasites,Chal aros chw agerina,Staffella,Pseudoendothyra and Nankinella,have been reevaluated for their stratigraphic significance.Further correlations of the fusuline zones are clarified and the following conclusions are reached.The Zisongian Pseudo schwagerina zone and Sphaeroschwagerina zone are comparable,with the index fossils flourished in the lower and middle part of the Zisongian and then decayed in the upper part.Instead,the genus Robustoschwagerina became dominant in the carbonate shoals and elements of Schwagerininae such as Eoparafusulina in the other lithofacies.The contemporaneous fossil zones of the upper Zisongian include the Robustoschwagerina ziyunensis zone,the Eoparafusulina zone and the Pseudofusulina vulgaris-Laxifusulina iniqua zone.The Longlinian is defined by the appearance of the genus Pamirina.The contemporaneous fossil zones of this Stage are the Pamirina zone,the Pseudoendothyra discalis zone,the Chalaroschwagerina tumentis zone plus the Pamirina chinlingensis,and the Staffella moellerana zone plus the Schwagerina cushmani zone.The Misellina claudiae zone of the Luodianian has a widespread in South China,but the fossil zones below various from place to place,they are the Pseudoendothyra discalis zone,the Schwagerina shaxianensis zone and the Brevaxina zone,representing an age of the early Luodianian.
